Acai Berry - Cont..

What a bunch of crap all this ACAI Diet is. Nooooo not REALLY but... I think the Acai berry definitely all by itself has great health benefits and definitely supresses the appetite but I'm not sure about the weight loss and I basically feel like the only reason you lose weight in access quickly is because you are pooping EVERYTHING you eat out - which is realllly rare for me since I don't normally have that *eh hem* problem... Usually I go many days with out going to the bathroom and I am not physically or emotionally bothered by this fact.

So I am going to continue taking the Acai berry until it's gone as I bought it, and I do think it's great to take, but I do not think it's a HEYYYYY this is an awesome. I think what we all know is that there is no REAL miracle diet and if there was a miracle diet than a lot of people wouldn't really be fat would they? Not that I ever thought it was, but I figured it couldn't hurt and I needed motivation...

My weight loss has halted - I haven't gained and I haven't lost as of now. I am trying to eat little to NO sugar - not counting bread and what not. No Syrup on Cake Cakes (as my son would call them) No desserts, No Ice Cream (via a pack my husband and I made - no ice cream til jamaica) Uhmm let's see. I'm also doing 15 minute abs almost every morning that I have the time. I'm also trying to do bike rides 3 times a week. BUt I have BASICALLLY stopped taking the Colon Clenze because after a lot of research I have done - I think the whole colon cleanse idea is pretty much crap - for a TRUE colon cleanse you are not supposed to eat food often, and it's supposed to be done for a week or two to clean out your body, and it can not get clean if you keep on eating and pooping - so kinda a circle. Now you obviously are going to lose weight if you poop a lot.

Oh hey... I forgot to tell you - Everytime I said poop - you were supposed to take a drink! POOP POOP - Eeew!

Out for today guys, but hang in with me - because I WILL be lighter before my trip - even if it's just by a couple more lbs and some firm up in areas I need it like my tummy and my butt and thighs.

Day 6 - Acai

I KNOW I KNOW.... Day 6 and where are all the days in the middle? Well let me just tell you for about Day 3 and 4, I REALLY didn't want to TALK about it if you know what I mean. Let's just say I thought I was being nice by sparing you the details. The uh... Colon Clenze kicked in about Friday Evening and lasted til Saturday mid day. Ha... It was very uncomfy for a few hours there on Friday evening, but looking back that really was the worst of it.

I knocked the colon clenze pills down for 2 days - to only ONE - taken at night only before bed.
Now i'm back to taking it morning & night but I am definitely NOT sure about it. It's cleaning me out but it seems to me that it's more making me go number 2 than cleansing me.

Now for the Acai - It seems great, I'm not sure if it's mental or not - but do we ever REALLY know that? I seem to have more energy - not all the tme, but a small burst. I also have definitely noticed the past 2 days a decrease in just general snacking - especially for unhealthy things - which is GREAT. Even through a raging eh hem.. * PMS cycle* I still managed to only cheat one evening with ONE - yes I promise - ONE piece of chocolate cake with a glass of wine. I didn't even want another piece so great news on that front.

So today I'm wrapping this up. I weighed in this morning 143.8 lbs - I feel less bloated today and my pants fit great today!! I am going to stay off the scale til Friday and let's hope there is SOME Loss there!

Oh P.S - I bought an Acai Berry Juice at Super Supplements and drank it on Saturday about 11:30 and it was very interesting tasting and felt like it suppressed my appetite til dinner. The real berry is supposed to be known as the chocolate covered cherry of the amazon, and it did taste like a healthy chocolate flavor.
